1日閉幕的十二屆全國人大常委會第十一次會議表決通過了關于修改行政訴訟法的決定，新法擴大了民告官的受案范圍。
China's top legislature adopted an amendment to the Administrative Procedure Law Saturday, aiming to expand the people's right to sue the government.
全國人大周六通過行政訴訟法修正案，擴大了民告官的權利。
民告官即the people suing the government。新法擴大了行政訴訟案件的受理范圍，有望解決民告官“立案難”問題（make it easier for citizens to take the government to court）。新法規定，對限制人身自由（restriction of personal freedom）、房屋土地征收補償（violating agreements on land and housing compensation）、濫用行政權力（abuse?of administrative power）、行政機關侵犯公民人身財產權利（violation of citizen's both property rights and personal rights by the administrative organ）等12種情形法院應受理。
