“人才流失”怎么說

有調查顯示,國內40%優秀人才都流向了跨國公司,這不能不說是國內研發機構一大損失。不過,雖然跨國公司在華機構“挖”了中國本土企業人才資源的“墻角”,但從長遠來講,這有利于減少中國人才流失海外。

報道中的“brain drain”指的是“人才因向有利的職業環境流動而引起(欠發達地區)的智囊枯竭”,即我們常說的“人才流失”。
“Brain”在此代指“高智商人才”,“drain”原意指“枯竭、干涸”,短語“brain drain”形象表達了本土人才外流后的尷尬處境。
與“brain drain”(人才外流)相對應的是brain gain(人才引進)。此外,仿擬“brain drain”,“brown drain”常用來喻指“勞工外流”。
