3月13日，全國(guó)政協(xié)十二屆三次會(huì)議在人民大會(huì)堂閉幕。俞正聲主席作政協(xié)全國(guó)委員會(huì)常務(wù)委員會(huì)工作報(bào)告，強(qiáng)調(diào)要萬眾一心開創(chuàng)“四個(gè)全面”新局面。

The political advisors must unwaveringly uphold the Party's leadership and strengthen confidence in socialism with Chinese characteristics, and build consensus among the public in order to bring together "positive energy" for the implementation of the strategic layout of "Four Comprehensives," Chinese top political advisor Yu Zhengsheng said on Friday in the work of the political advisory body.

全國(guó)政協(xié)主席俞正聲13日在政協(xié)全國(guó)委員會(huì)常務(wù)委員會(huì)工作報(bào)告中表示，政協(xié)委員必須堅(jiān)決擁護(hù)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，加強(qiáng)對(duì)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義的信心，尋求最大公約數(shù)，匯聚正能量，共同奏響協(xié)調(diào)推進(jìn)“四個(gè)全面”戰(zhàn)略布局的主旋律。

四個(gè)全面（The "Four Comprehensives"），即全面建成小康社會(huì)（comprehensively building a moderately prosperous society）、全面深化改革（deepening reform）、全面依法治國(guó)（advancing the rule of law）、全面從嚴(yán)治黨（strictly governing the Party）。

新華社評(píng)稱，這次人大會(huì)議是推進(jìn)“四個(gè)全面”的“春季總動(dòng)員（spring mobilization）”。會(huì)議期間，代表們認(rèn)真審議“一府兩院（the People's Government, the People's Court and the People's Procuratorate）”工作報(bào)告、全國(guó)人大常委會(huì)工作報(bào)告、立法法修正案草案，以主人翁的態(tài)度提出意見建議。

截至3月7日下午2時(shí)，政協(xié)委員共提交了約5800份提案，涉及經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)發(fā)展的方方面面（submitted some 5,800 proposals concerning the country's economic and social development）。
