From 1938 to 1944:"The total numbers of prisoners died in prisons, including those who had been or had not been convicted, were the following: about 6,000 in 1938, 8,000 in 1939, 11,000 in 1940, 14,000 in 1941, 16,000 in 1942, 18,000 in 1943 and 20,000 in 1944. The total number of those who were put in prison and those who were released every year was 200,000, with the (estimated)death rate between 30‰ and100‰";
May 1939:"in order to build a military brothel to comfort the soldiers, spent 30,000 yuan in constructing a house (about 200 square meters). I rent out this house to aid the Japanese Imperialist Army";
From 17 July 1941 to 15 August 1945: "at the request of Mukden Medical University of the "Manchukuo", in the name of providing research materials for anatomy, the No. 1 Prison of Mukden gave hundreds of dead bodies, which had died in prison and not been claimed, to the university for anatomy".
