Incheon Chinatown, located in Incheon, a harbor city on south coast of South Korea facing the Yellow Sea, is filled with red and golden colors. Chinese style archways, extensive tablets in Chinese, red lanterns and columns carved with golden dragons make Chinese visitors feel at home.

Many Chinese gradually landed in Incheon after the harbor city opened to outside world in 1883, making the city a settlement of Chinese. In the past, many Chinese commodities were sold in the Chinatown. Nowadays, Chinese restaurants take up most space of the Chinatown. Majority of the residents in the Chinatown are descendant of early immigrants.

Although traditional Chinese culture is fading away, traditional Chinese cuisines retain their characteristics and are popular among local residents and visitors.
