Should smoking be banned inside the airport?

I don't think it is a problem as they have a smoking room inside. As for hotels does this also include the rooms? No way will you ever stop them smoking in rooms. I stopped in a hotel in London this week, and guests had a garden outside to smoke, but I can't see Chinese guests smoking outside the hotels in China.
