The Taiyuan Gengyang Group announced its plans for an intelligent, green community in Taiyuan, the capital of Shanxi province, on July 23.

The 44.7-hectare community project is a large urban complex (HOPSCA) that includes upscale hotels, office buildings, shopping malls and top residential areas.

The project has 15 intelligent systems to make the area both intelligent and environmentally friendly for the occupants, with instant temperature, humidity and oxygen controls and remote controls for electric appliances.
