Shanxi province's 12th Five-year Plan for large State-owned enterprises calls for the province to come up with four "name cards" that reflect its outstanding aspects, such as coal mines, stainless steel, Fenjiu, and the Made in Shanxi label. The cards are expected to help the larger companies and their development. Under China's 12th Five-year Plan (2011-16), these enterprises are expected to have total assets of more than 2 trillion yuan, and an income above 1.8 trillion yuan.
