Plum Blossom Festival opens in Qingdao

The 15th China (Qingdao) Plum Blossom Festival kicked off at Plum Garden in Licang district, Qingdao city, on March 28.
As the biggest plum blossom garden in North China, Plum Garden is home to 13,000 plum trees from 229 species and 9,000 bonsai trees. The one-month festival will hold activities such as a photography contest, calligraphy contest and ikebana show.
