The Zhenglanqi Tengolitala Sci-tech & Industry Trade Co,ltd, a private company of dairy products, is among the many enterprises who benefit from the new policies.

The dairy products of Xilinhot have a long history and a unique processing technique. As early as Yuan Dynasty, Xilinhot has been a supplier of dairy products for royal families and the town is honored to be home to traditional dairy products in China with its dozens of dairy products including dried milk cake, cheese, milk film, cream, milk tea and yoghurts.

In 2014, the Inner Mongolian government launched a project called "Ten Coverages" to enhance livelihoods within the region. The project focuses on the ten aspects which are closely related to people's daily lives: renovating dilapidated houses, providing of safe drinking water and electricity, accessing TV and broadcasting in each village, establishing and renovating local schools, and standardizing cultural halls, medical rooms, chain stores and social security such as pension funds and medical insurance.

The project is intended to be completed by 2017, the 70th anniversary of the establishment of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. By then, the ten aspects in rural and pastoral areas will have been substantially improved.

Natural–and traditional–dairy products are believed to benefit the metabolism of the human body, thanks to its rich milk, fat and sugar and an array of vitamins.

Project demonstrates success in Inner Mongolia

Journalists from 58 web media companies around China visited Inner Mongolian villages between July 3 and July 8 to learn about the effect the “Ten Coverages” project has had after two years of implementation.
