Huawei and Foxconn are to debut their latest products at the 2016 Big Data Expo in Guiyang city, capital of Guizhou province, when the show gets underway from May 25 to 29.

The annual expo aims to become a high-end platform for global big data specialists to promote their products and share ideas.

The event will include summits and forums on big data and e-commerce as well as exhibitions for service providers to display new products.

So far 11,329 guests have confirmed to attend, including 632 international representatives. More than 20 multinational enterprises including Dell, Qualcomm, SAP and Intel will also take part.

The exhibitions have also attracted a third of those companies listed as being in the global top 100 for big data solutions by technology business magazine China Internet Weekly.

Many renowned authorities and individuals from home and abroad will will speak during the forums. Delegates from more than 100 prefecture-level city’s enterprises will also take part.

The British Consulate and American Embassy in China plan to hold forums concerning big data, and world-renowned German enterprise SAP will host a forum on big data’s application in automobile industry.

A 6,000-square-meter road show and forum area will host exhibitors and events, with more than 50 activities registered so far, including product releases from Huawei and Foxconn, product roadshows and technical exchanges.
