The recycle economy: a development trend that warrants attention

Abstract:
The paper makes a preliminary study on the connotation and background of recycle economy, advanced theory and technical support, institutional guarantee and how to design the development program of China's environmental protection industry by virtue of the concept of recycle economy. It comes up with some policy proposals for developing China's recycle economy for the reference of the relevant departments in China.
