Economic growth and development mechanism
At the Chinese State Council's Development Research Center's 6th academic salon, on May 29, 2013, in the city of Beijing, the topic was economic growth and development mechanism and it attracted more than 30 people from the Center's various departments.
The keynote speaker was Liu Peilin, vice-director of the Development Department, who spoke on new approaches to economic growth and system changing, and about how sustainable economic growth is a bonus that entrepreneurs and science and technology experts bring. To encourage more entrepreneurs and talented people, Liu said, there needs to be a system and culture that prevents them from disappearing.
