A street vendor on Yincheng street, Dexing city, Jiangxi province removes boiled Ai Fruit from a pot of boiling water on March 27.2013. As Qingming Festival (Tomb Sweeping Day) approaches, the residents in Dexing city, Jiangxi province prepare Ai Fruit, which will be eaten during Qingming Festival. Ai Fruit has a sweet and salty taste also referred to as Sweet Green Rice Ball, Qingming Fruit. The delicacy is made from glutinous rice stuffed with Ai grass or gnaphalium affine.
