中國國務院副總理馬凱和英國財政大臣奧斯本于2015年9月21日在北京共同主持了第七次中英經濟財金對話，最終取得53項重要成果。

中國國務院副總理馬凱和英國財政大臣奧斯本于9月21日共同主持了第七次中英經濟財金對話，最終達成了53項重要成果。雙方同意推進核能、高鐵項目合作，擴大人民幣/英鎊互換額度等。

“中英經濟財金對話”（China-Britain Economic and Financial Dialogue）是2008年1月由時任中國總理溫家寶和英國首相布朗共同倡導建立的，雙方達成共識，同意將中英副部級財金對話提升為副總理級經濟財金對話。

雙方在對話中達成的政策成果（policy outcomes）包括宏觀經濟形勢和政策（macroeconomic situation and policies）、貿易和投資（trade and investment）、金融監管、發展與合作（financial sector regulation, development and cooperation）等方面。

53項重要成果，近乎三成是關于中英兩國間的金融合作。據悉，中國銀監會和英國審慎監管局已同意下月簽署雙邊監管合作諒解備忘錄（Memorandum of Understanding），雙方還將在網絡借貸平臺監管（supervision on P2P lending）、金融支持科技創新型企業發展（financial support to technological innovation enterprises）、銀行業消費者保護（banking consumer protection）等領域加強合作。

長長的成果清單上，基礎設施領域合作成為一大看點，其中尤以英國高鐵項目最引人注目。雙方將以聯合工作組為平臺（take the joint working group as the platform），鼓勵兩國企業和金融機構深化參與HS2項目合作（encourage firms and financial institutions from both sides to deepen their cooperation and participation in the High Speed 2 project）。

53項合作成果中，海外關注的一大熱點是中英雙方在能源領域的合作（energy collaboration），尤其是民用核電領域的合作。

在2014年中英氣候變化聯合聲明下，中英兩國表示，還將在低碳發展合作（low carbon development cooperation）、提高能源效率（increase energy efficiency）、推進可再生能源（promote renewable energy）等領域深化合作。

不僅如此，雙方還提出在衛生、旅游、科技、航空、知識產權保護等諸多領域加強合作（build deeper collaboration）。相比前六次中英經濟財金對話，此次雙方合作的廣度和深度進一步增強，很多合作項目不僅“開了花”，還結出“果實”。
