Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong Sha Tin, celebrated Associate Appreciation Week from May 13 to 17. Many activities, including BBQ Night, Teatime Surprise, Street Food Fever and Disneyland Visit, were held to appreciate associates for their contributions and provide opportunities for them to experience the hotel's core values. The highlight was "Tributes to Associates" in which the whole Management Team acted out different roles of operation teams such as Chef, Room Attendant, Bell Boy or Cafe Captain in cooperation with associates. |

Above and Below: Dragonair has renewed its inflight menu in cooperation with Man Ho, the premium Chinese restaurant at the JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong. In the second year of their cooperation, Ip Kwok-fai, the hotel's Executive Chinese Chef with 40 years professional experience, designed a series of healthy dishes based on inspiration from the ancient Chinese medical concept of achieving nutrition balance in one's body through the use of ingredients of five different colors. |
