Wandee won the silver with a 236 total from a 101 snatch and 135 clean and jerk.
Russian Marina Shainova bagged the overall bronze medal with a 233 aggregate from a 101 snatch and 132 clean and jerk.
Shi won the men's title with a 350 total, though it was seven kilograms shy of matching the six-year-old world record by Bulgaria's Galabin Boevski.
Shi's 160 snatch and 190 clean and jerk also clinched him gold medals in the respective categories.
Korea's Lee Bae-Young, a silver medallist at the Athens Olympics, was also second overall with 337 kilograms after a 152 snatch and 185 clean and jerk.
Vencelas Dabaya of France won the overall bronze medal with 324, from a 145 snatch and 179 clean and jerk.
