Li vows to boost African stability
China supports Africa to realize its development and regional integration, and is willing to contribute more to Africa's stability and development in the future, said Premier Li Keqiang, in his meeting with Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta on Tuesday in Beijing. Li said the Chinese government always pays great attention to people's safety in the country's development. China frequently suffers from natural disasters, and some affected areas also suffer from poverty. The Chinese government is adopting positive measures to respond to the current floods. Li said China and Africa can share those experiences and enhance cooperation. The two sides can push the progress of poverty reduction globally, and realize common development.
