Courier business is 'chaos' due to public vs private uncertainty

By Xin Dingding | China Daily | Updated: 2010-01-28 07:46

The government supervising the courier business has yet to issue a policy on the exclusive business of state-owned postal service, which will greatly influence the private couriers' fate, he said.
