A photographer was killed while he was shooting a film starring Jackie Chan on Dec 17.

Chan's latest film Skiptrace was being filmed on a sampan on Tuesday night. Early on Wednesday morning the sampan upturned. All eight people on board fell into the water, seven of them managed to swim back except the photographer Chen Kwok Hung.

Jackie Chan was standing on the shore at the time. He jumped into the sea but failed to find missing Chen Kwok Hung.

On Wednesday evening Jackie Chan said on his Weibo account that he felt guilty and full of remorse for failing to rescue the photographer.
