Chinese equities ended up to gain 0.89 percent on Wednesday, led by non-fourres metals, coal and real estate stocks.
The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index up 0.89 percent, or 27.84 points, to finish at 3,140.56. The Shenzhen Component Index added 1.68 percent, or 211.24 points, to close at 12,802.91.
Combined turnover shrank to 206.76 billion yuan ($30.27 billion) from 245.25 billion yuan on the previous trading day.
