This year, Wang's suggestions mainly focus on the development of the dairy deep-processing industry, as well as accelerating industrial upgrading through technological innovation to consolidate the foundation of the dairy industry.
According to Wang, although the development level of China's dairy industry continues to rise, the country's dairy deep-processing sector has not yet been fully established. In particular, key raw materials and auxiliary materials, such as whey protein, lactoferrin and milk fat globule membrane protein still face some technological constraints. Therefore, she hopes that her suggestions can promote and realize innovative breakthroughs and industrial application of dairy deep-processing technologies, and contribute to the high-quality development of China's dairy industry.
