As Chinese New Year approaches, Wolfgang's Steakhouse has unveiled a special holiday menu, offering guests a unique culinary experience to celebrate the season.

Founded by Wolfgang Zwiener in 2004, alongside his son Peter and two partners, the first Wolfgang's Steakhouse opened in New York City. When the brand made its debut in Chinese mainland in 2017, it brought a taste of New York's premier steakhouse to Chinese diners. Today, with nine locations across Chinese mainland, Wolfgang's has become a beloved culinary destination.

This festive season, the restaurant is adorned with wreaths, twinkling lights, candles, and gift-wrapped packages, creating a warm and joyful atmosphere throughout.

The special menu features a seafood platter that sets the stage for the meal, with fresh lobster, sweet shrimp, and rich crab meat, all delivering a refreshing oceanic flavor.

Another standout is the Wolfgang Crab Cake, crafted from fresh orchid crab meat and parsley, shaped into a golden, crispy patty. The crab meat, free of any flour or fillers, is pan-seared to perfection, offering a savory, salty taste.

The centerpiece is the steak. Wolfgang's dry-aged steaks, matured in the restaurant's traditional aging rooms, undergo a meticulous process that enhances flavor and tenderness, ensuring a rich, unforgettable dining experience.
