The 4th Asian Para Games men's blind football final was held at Gongshu Canal Sports Park Gymnasium in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province. The Chinese team secured the championship by defeating their opponents, with the Iranian and the Thai teams in second and third places. With this, all events of the Hangzhou Asian Para Games have concluded.
