During the event, the Chinese consulate-general in Osaka will hold an open day event, "I'll Wait for You in Xinjiang".

Zhang Xilong, deputy director of the Bureau of International Exchange and Cooperation of the Chinese Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Duan Zhouwu, director of NICE, Hou Hanmin, secretary of the Party leadership group of the department of culture and tourism of Xinjiang, Xue Jian, consul-general of China in Osaka and Yasutaka Kojima, representative of Academic Research Organization for Niya, Bukkyo University of Japan attended the event, along with more than 200 people from China and Japan.
