Jewelry arts school launches center in Shanghai
"Two years after L'éCOLE was established in Hong Kong, we see Shanghai as an emerging contemporary art hub. The two cities share common values in passing on knowledge and promoting art education for the public," said élise Gonnet-Pon, Managing Director of the L'éCOLE Asia-Pacific School of Jewelry Arts.
"L'éCOLE is honored to contribute to further promoting the transformation of this city and the Asia Pacific region into a major art and cultural hub. As L'éCOLE expands the educational activities of the center to all over the world, we believe that the third permanent branch in Shanghai will promote exchanges and links between the East and the West," she added.
According to L'ECOLE dean Marie Vallanet-Delhom, the Shanghai center will provide courses, lectures and exhibitions throughout the year to meet the growing demand for jewelry art education.
