Wolfgang's Steakhouse launches new menu, brunch items
The Huamao branch of Wolfgang's Steakhouse, its second in Beijing, is launching new menu in December — complete with brunch.
The new menu includes new dishes for lunch, including dry-aged beef fried rice and pasta with dry-aged beef sauce.
The brunch menu is available each Saturday and Sunday. Waffles with berries, yogurt and honey is one highlight from the selection, and the smoked salmon platter is another must-try.
The classic dry-aged steak is also served with eggs, and can be cooked in different ways including scrambled, fried or poached.
Wolfgang's Steakhouse was founded in 2004 in New York City by Wolfgang Zwiener, a restaurateur with over 40 years of experience in the industry
The original branch in Beijing has won the city's Michelin Plate for two consecutive years.
