Lijiajia's beefed up venue
Lijiajia Hotpot restaurant has opened a new branch in Beijing with an updated bar-style decor. The beef is the must-try meat, which comes from cows specially raised in Yunnan, Guizhou and Sichuan provinces. The beef is best dipped in egg white before being added to the hotpot. The soup base uses beef tallow with Sichuan pepper.
