Guangzhou Night brings Cantonese flavor to Summer Davos
"We are confident that unmanned aerial vehicles will be widely used in the agricultural sector in the near future, after having talking with a number of international business leaders in the industry," said Gong Jiaqin, co-founder and vice president of XAG Co Ltd, one of the leading manufacturers of unmanned aerial systems and agricultural solution providers.
The Guangzhou-based company signed an agreement with an international company in the use of its cutting-edge unmanned aerial technology during the Davos Forum, according to Gong.
Gong was among a number of government and business leaders attending Guangzhou Night, which also drew Klaus Schwab, founder and executive chairman of the World Economic Forum.
"Guangzhou is a city not only with traditional Cantonese culture, but with a dynamic and innovative economic system," Schwab said.
