Duck into Salsa
Executive chef Yin Xijia, who won the Young Master Chef Ranking Tournament organized by the World Federation of Chinese Catering Industry in 2017, is bringing a new menu to Salsa in Beijing's Sanlitun area. The restaurant's crispy roast duck dish is a must-try. Stewed fish heads with green peppers, spicy beef jerky with orange and lemon foie gras are just three of Yin's other specialties.
