All that jazz
Founded in 1995, Jazzya was one of the first Western-style bar-restaurants in the capital, serving up its signature curry rice and fried pork chops to a backdrop of blues music. It was also one of the pioneers of Japanese cuisine infused with a Western style in Beijing. Tuna bread, grilled beef and sizzling ox tongue with salt are just a few of its classic dishes. Its summer menu offers dishes like snapper carpaccio, snapper-head stew and wagyu cheeseburgers. Three Japanese cold noodle dishes are also served.
