Yunnan food festival
San Wu Tang Kitchen, the all-day dining restaurant with spectacular views of Beijing's skyline, is teaming up with the Yunnan restaurant Hani Gejiu to present a Yunnan cuisine festival through May 6. Traditional Yunnan dishes, including cold red rice noodle salad, tofu skin with mint, banana flower salad and grilled goat's cheese with cured Yunnan sausage, which all use ingredients flown in from Honghe prefecture in Yunnan, are all available for foodies.
