French fare for the New Year
As a sister brand of Shanghai-based Bar Rouge, the newly opened InfraRouge combines French modern dining with a stylish lounge and club. Executive chef Abdelhak BouRenane hails from the Alsace region of northeastern France, and has more than 25 years of culinary experience. For its New Year's special, BouRenane has a six-course set menu with wine pairing that costs 1,388 yuan per person. BouRenane likes to discover ingredients and bring them back to his kitchen-so his new menu is a blend of French fine dinning and Chinese culinary elements.
